Pulpmill Road Phase 3 reclamation 6.  University Way southbound  between Foothills Boulevard and Shane Creek Bridge (rehabilitate) 7.  Queensway Boulevard from 1st to 4th Avenues (rehabilitate) 8.  1st Avenue -  2009 Limits to Victoria (Highway 16)  (Rehabilitate) 9.  Continental Way from Highway 97 to Terminal Avenue (Curb relief and overlay) 10. Pacific Street  Sintich @ Railway to 500m north (overlay) 11. Quinn Street  between 18th and 22nd Avenue ( overlay) 12. Highland Drive from Vellencher - Foothills (Overlay) 13. 3rd Avenue from Carney to E.
